These varieties were used in an attempt to bring together the notes of cistus and the smooth tannins of Touriga Franca, and the aromas of black and wild fruits, with the very marked fresh floral notes of Touriga Nacional. On the nose, elegant with notes of wild berries and black cherries in balance with the seductive somewhat liqueur aroma. In the mouth it is warm, denoting firm tannins with a smooth texture and a very persistent finish.
