A powerful reserve with a deep dark color and delicious aromas of black fruit mature. In the mouth, the wine presents a rich and composed profile with notes of red fruits ripe, chocolate, vanilla and spices. With soft and elegant tannins, it offers a complexity and excellent aging potential. A long and persistent test final.
The grapes, previously destemmed, undergo a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was made in small stainless steel vats, with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC for 12 days. Wine staged partially, for 12 months, in French and American oak barrels.
