It presents a bright and citric color with greenish tones. It has a fresh fragrance of citrus and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is complex, balanced and fresh. Long and elegant finishes.
Varieties: Antão Vaz and Arinto.
Vinification:
When the grapes reach the right point of maturation, they are carefully harvested, destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and the wine ages on the lees for another 12 months, with battonage.
Pairing with food:
Accompanies seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
