Herdade dos Grous was estate-grown and bottled from the best local varieties such as Aragonêz, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Nacional, hand- selected at optimal ripeness and carefully vinified using prolonged maceration in open lagares and later matured in French oak barriques for 9 months.
