Wine Produced with grapes chosen from the best traditional grape varieties, with skin pre-maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 16 ºC for 16 days. Citrus color with floral and tropical fruit aromas such as (mango pineapple and passion fruit.) In the mouth it is fresh and acidic with a good persistence and presence of well integrated CO2. It is a wine with a young, light and fruity character, with an acidic and very fresh mouth. Very balanced.Excellent to accompany seafood and fish dishes, pasta and salads.
