Citrine color with fruity aroma, fresh, showing great harmony with wood, tropical aroma, full-bodied wine with structure. Fresh and persistent aftertaste.
Vinification: Slight skin fermentation followed by alcoholic fermentation in French and American oak.
Ageing: 3 months in wood.
Expected Longevity: Keeps in excellent condition for 5 years.
It goes very well with stronger fish dishes such as stews, baked fish and some cheeses.
