Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits, common mineral touch and vanilla from wood. The palate is full, with volume. Set very engaging, happily married with wood. Persistent aftertaste.
Comprehensive berry selection at the winery was followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a further 10 months of lees ageing and stirring.
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
