The E.A Red has an aroma of fresh wild fruit, with notes of raspberry and a slight vegetable. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh and with chocolate notes. A simple and easy drinking wine. When the grapes reach the ideal state of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the cellar, where the technological process begins with total destemming and light crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-27
