This wine is a tribute to the Bee-eater, a bird with an unmistakable song, a companion of the Alentejo harvest. It is from the combination of the terroir of the grapes of this wine and the know-how that this wine of enormous elegance is born with grapes harvested in their perfect state of ripeness from the Aragonez, Trincadeira, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet varieties. A ruby colored wine, it has aromas of ripe red fruits and in the mouth it appears structured, concentrated, with soft tannins and a long finish.
