Aged for eight long years in oak casks, this whiskey is smooth with a rich sweetness and depth of flavour, leaving a warm, lingering finish. The soft aroma of fruits manifests itself as dried apricot and plum. The flavor retains more of the barrel character, where a little concentration from the barrel time gives a long wood spice finish.
