With a tawny-brown color, it has a powerful and rich bouquet of dried fruits, with subtle touches of spices and wood. Full-bodied, velvety, with great structure and an excellent quality finish.
Perfect when chilled, it makes a wonderful aperitif. The aromatic richness and the elegance of the flavors make it the ideal combination to accompany a
variety of desserts, including pear and raspberry puff pastry, pumpkin pudding with spices and coconut chiffon with dulce de leche. The multiplicity of possible harmonies is surprising, leaving the consumer with the pleasure of discovering new tastes.
The vineyard is laid out along the slopes in horizontal levels and more recently, vines have been planted along the steepest slopes of the land, known as “Vinha ao Alto”.
