Closed ruby color, patches of violet, with a red fruit aroma with bits of vanilla and toast, very elegant, smooth and persistent.
Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz.
Wine Making
Manual harvest, very selective, with excellent ripeness criteria.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, pelicular maceration followed by malolactic fermentation.
