Palacio da Brejoeira is a light, fresh and aromatic wine that was subject to a staging in bottle of at least 6 months. It reveals a brilliant colour, straw, with citric reflexes, with intense but delicate fragrance of the chaste.
When it is young it has fragrances and tastes of quince and floral nuances, gaining with the time of bottle an almond-shaped character, with a complex, harmonious and persistent taste.
