The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a low fermentation pre-fermentation
temperature for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was made in small stainless vats
with temperature control at 28 ° C for 14 days. The wine was aged for 6 months in
French and American oak barrels.
