    Tasting Notes

    Very pale straw in color with slight cloudiness, this wine showed defined grapefruit, melon, lemon zest and slate notes on the nose. The mouth feel was light, bright with slight effervescence, lime and very strong acidity. The finish was short but the high acidity keeps you coming back for more.
