DOM DIOGO PADEIRO

Padeiro is a ruby coloured wine with a berry fruits aroma and a crisp and intense flavour.

This wine results from a rigorous selection of our best Padeiro grapes and the perfect communion between technique and tradition. The grape crop is picked manually into small boxes. The grapes are destemmed and then pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.

Food pairings

This wine is ideal as an appetizer, or with salads, fish or seafood, poultry and pasta with tomato sauce. Due to its freshness, it is particularly enjoyable in a relaxed and informal ambience.
