Prova Régia is made from Arinto grapes, giving it a bright citrus color. Fresh floral notes and fruity aromas. In the mouth a deep mineral freshness stands out giving it a crisp character.
Prova Regia is from 100% of Arinto grapes, and is today one of the biggest references White Wine of Portugal, the result of a careful selection of the grapes and the use of new technologies in the vinification process in its production.
From manual harvesting of Arinto grapes that were destemmed and gently crushed, was followed by a process of decanting and fermentation of grape musts on thermal control during 20 days.
