FERREIRA PORTO TAWNY is produced from a taken care selection of traditional grapes of the region of the douro - Touriga França, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Roriz e Tinta Amarela. FERREIRA PORTO TAWNY has a beautiful red color with blondish nuances and he presents a fresh and delicate fragrance to spices and to dry fruits acquired during the aging in wood of oak. In the mouth it is an elegant wine, which presents a good balance between the mature taninos and the sweetness, which gives him a persistent and attractive end. It accompanies very well a great variety of desserts with caramel or coffee and is ideal for serv with tarte of apple or a traditional burnt cream. Also it accomanies strong or blue cheeses, like the Roquefort. Served fresh to accompany dry fruits, is also a very pleasant aperitif.
