This wine is produced from native grape varieties using traditional method of stifling fermentation using eau de vie. It is then aged for 5 years in oak barrels.
On the nose there are intense notes of honey, figs and almonds.
On the palate it presents a smooth texture and the natural sweetness is balanced by a fresh acidity.
Drink as an aperitif or with desserts.
