Citrine color. Fruity but very elegant and greedy, with floral and mineral touches . Very slight toast which makes it soft in the mouth, with good volume and good acidity.

Aalcoholic fermentation with temperature control at temperatures of 12-14ºC in stainless steel tanks.

Grape varieties: Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio and Codega do Larinho.
