Cabeça de Burro is a classical Douro red wine obtained only in hig quality harvests, from grapes of the best vineyards, including old vines.
The predominant grapes: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Baroca were full de-sremmed and fermented with long maceration.
Posteriorly it ages slowly to obtain a good balance between the aromatic and flavouring complexity.
