Tasting Notes
Fresh attack, evolving in great harmony to a compact volume, composed of mature and firm tannins. Good sensation of aromatic freshness, with notes of excellent complexity reminiscent of wild fruits from the Douro, cistus and cocoa. The set provides a pleasant finish and excellent persistence.
As the name suggests, Crasto Superior Red is made with grapes from the Douro Superior region, from our property called Quinta da Cabreira, located next to Castelo Melhor and where we have planted 114 hectares of vines in recent years.
