Very dark in color, this wine offers clear and pleasant notes of ripe red fruit.
A complex wine where your fruity flavors are married to perfection with elegant
long-grain toasted notes in oak barrels. Has excellent
volume in the mouth and ends rich and tasty.
The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a low fermentation pre-fermentation
temperature for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was made in small stainless vats
with temperature control at 28 ° C for 14 days. The wine was aged for 6 months in
French and American oak barrels.
