Alentejo White Wine
Characterised by a limpid, brilliant citrine yellow colour.
The nose is overwhelmed by great chunks of granite (minerality) which in the end is corroded by the citrine juice of the fruits it contains. Considerable freshness. The fruit is not very ripe, with lots of orchard and exotic fruits: pear, peach, apple and pineapple. The sweet, dewy flowers are welcome.
A refined hint of vegetable can also be detected.
Good balance, complexity and freshness.
Once again the fruits stand out, along with the flowers which persist in the mouth for a long time. There is no harm in repeating that the freshness is alluring and genuine. Fruity finish with a special touch.
Excellent balance between acidity and alcohol, among other things... Aroma: Floral and tropical notes Palate: Mineral cleanness with tropical fruits and a zesty refreshing finish.
