This wine has a crystal clear garnet colour, with a nose full of red fruit. A mellow and full-bodied wine with soft tannins gives it a lingering finish. 

Winemaking process: Hand-picked grapes are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. The fermentation begins in vats at a controlled temperature of 2. Maceration is intense and prolonged. The wine ages in vats and is stabilised and filtered over the course of one year. It can be consumed immediately or stored for 2 to 3 years after bottling, as long as the storage conditions are suitable.

Recommendations:  It goes very well with roasts, sausage and cheeses.
