With a deep garnet color, this red releases very elegant aromas of black fruit compote, with some balsamic perceptions and a very well integrated toast. In the mouth it is enveloping and structured, with round and solid tannins and a long and pleasant persistence.
Gastronomy: The structure of this wine calls for a companion of red meats, cheeses or a gastronomy well seasoned with fresh herbs, such as an octopus à lagareiro or a grain stew with mint.
