Obtained by controlled temperature vinification, with prolonged maceration and later staged in new oak barrels. Intense garnet color, with a fine aroma of ripe fruits and vanilla notes, without the wood overlapping the fruity. It presents to the taste with a slight acidic and evident tannins, prolonged and persistent finish.
