Alentejo Red Wine
Dark garnet colour. Intense nose with spicy notes, mushrooms and truffles, black fruit, and fresh stems of asparagus. Full of freshness and elegance on the palate, fine and complex. Harmonious, constant and persistent end.
It is a blend of the Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, with an 8-month stage in barrels of French Oak. It combines well with fatty meat, game, oven-baked fish dishes, as well as on its own.
