A good red that mirrors the mature Alentejo. It is made up of three varieties, which make it the perfect choice for anyone who enjoys an elegant wine with an inspired meal.

Varieties: Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Syra.

Ageing: 6 months in French Allier oak half barrels, with fine grain and medium toast, followed by 6 months in bottle.

Vinification: The grapes from the Monte dos Perdigões vineyards were carefully selected, having been vinified separately in Alentejo marble vats. With the help of mechanical treading and prolonged macerations, we maximized the extraction of aromas, color and structure.
