Alentejo Red Wine
Very intense red-garnet color. Great intensity and aromatic complexity dominated by very ripe red and black fruit components (blackberry, raspberry and black plum), enriched by spicy and balsamic notes (pepper, menthol and tobacco). Dense in the mouth, with high quality tannins, balanced acidity and intense, long and complex finish.
After malolactic fermentation the wines of each variety were transferred separately to new barrels (40%) and 1 year (60%) of high quality French oak, where they trained for about 12 months. The final lot was made after numerous tests, allowing us to choose only the best barrels. After bottling followed a bottle stage at a controlled temperature of 15ºC for about 6 months in order to achieve the appropriate balance for its consumption.
