A pale salmon pink, refreshing and fruity rose, bursting with aromas of strawberries, raspberries, peardrops and pineapples. On the palate the wine is soft and fruity with a light spritz. A delicious summer wine with nice fresh acidity and a touch of sweetness on the finish.
Drink by itself well chilled or with seafood, hors d’oeuvres, simple salads, and spicy food such as Thai, Indian or Chinese.
