A young and sweet wine with a pale hue, its predominant characteristics are a fruity and balanced aroma.
Excellent as an aperitif.
Fermentation and fortification takes place in stainless steel in order to preserve all its freshness, however with skin contact to extract more concentration and flavours. It is aged in wooden casks for 3 years.
